Learn to Skate is geared towards beginner skaters from ages 4-12 that have little to no experience on the ice. It is a weekly program that typically skates for one hour on Sunday afternoons. Most sessions will be held at NE Ice Arena however the summer sessions will be held at Parade Ice Garden. All registrations will include an annual membership to Learn to Skate USA. The focus is squarely on having fun and getting the kids comfortable on the ice.
There is a $20 registration fee and then you will be charged $35 on the first of every month. You may drop at any time and you will no longer be charged. Scholarships are available.
Equipment can be provided upon request while supplies last. Well fitting skates and a helmet is all you need to participate.
It will appear that the course is $440. This is a limitation of the registration software. You should select payment plan and you will be billed $20 immediately and $35 on the first of every month. You may cancel at anytime and you will no longer be billed.
All Skating Sessions are at NE Ice Arena or Parade Ice Garden
Days and times vary but the majority of the sessions will be held on Sunday afternoons at NE Ice Arena. A specific schedule will be shared upon registration or questions may be directed to the Learn to Skate Coordinator.
