Welcome to the 2023-24 Player Registration.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and select a payment schedule. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. 

Minnesota Hockey requires that players play where they live or where they go to school. If your skater does not live or attend school within the Minneapolis Titans boundaries of Minneapolis (north of Interstate 94 and 394), Brooklyn Center, Columbia Heights or Fridley, please contact us prior to registering using the contact information at the bottom of the page.

If you live or go to school in St. Paul and plan to play with the Starwhals, you may proceed with registration.

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2023-24 Season.

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

Mini-Mite (Born on or after June 1, 2016)- $250 plus processing fees. Payment plan is available. Price includes jersey.

Mite (June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2016) - $500 plus processing fees. Payment plan is available.

10U / Squirt (June 1, 2012 to May 31, 2014) -Early Bird pricing $900 plus processing fees. Fee after September 1st, $975. Payment plan is available.

12U / Peewee (June 1, 2010 to May 31, 2012) - Early Bird pricing $1075 plus processing fees. Fee after September 1st, $1150. Payment plan is available.

Bantam/15U (June 1, 2007 to May 31, 2010) - Early bird pricing $1250 plus processing fees. Fees after September 1st, $1325. Payment plan is available.
