Minneapolis Titans Hockey

Welcome to the 2022-23 Player Registration.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. 

Minnesota Hockey requires that players play where they live or where they go to school. If your skater does not live or attend school within the City of Lakes Titans boundaries of Minneapolis (north of Interstate 94 and 394 or see the map on the Titans home page) please contact us prior to registering using the contact information at the bottom of the page. 

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2022-23 Season.

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

Mini-Mite (Born on or after June 1, 2015)- $250 plus processing fees. Payment plan is available. Price includes jersey.

Mite (June 1, 2013 to May 31, 2015) - $500 plus processing fees. Payment plan is available.

10U / Squirt (June 1, 2011 to May 31, 2013) -Early Bird pricing $900 plus processing fees. Fee after September 12th, $975. Payment plan is available.

12U / Peewee (June 1, 2009 to May 31, 2011) - Early Bird pricing $1075 plus processing fees. Fee after September 12th, $1150. Payment plan is available.

15U (June 1, 2006 to May 31, 2009) - Early bird pricing $1350 plus processing fees. Fees after September 12th, $1425. Payment plan is available.
